Hayır. Temel plan ücretsiz: işletme rehberi, kampanya bildirimleri, etkinlik takvimi, konsolosluk bilgileri ve iş ilanlarını görme. İş Arayan ve Premium İşletme planları ücretlidir; yeni aboneler ilk 7 günü ücretsiz dener.
Hangi ülkelerde kullanabilirim?
Kanada, ABD, Birleşik Krallık, Almanya, Fransa, Hollanda, Avusturya ve Avustralya'da. Ülkeni uygulamanın üst kısmından değiştirebilirsin.
Nasıl üye olurum?
Uygulamayı App Store ya da Google Play'den indir ve e-postanla üye ol; iPhone'da Apple ile de giriş yapabilirsin.
İş ilanlarına nasıl başvururum?
İlanları herkes görebilir. Başvurmak için İş Arayan planı gerekir: başvuru uygulamadan yapılır, özgeçmişin profilinden hazırlanır ve ön yazını yapay zekâyla ilana göre yazdırabilirsin.
İşletmemi nasıl eklerim ya da sahiplenirim?
Uygulamaya üye ol. İşletmen listedeyse sayfasında “İşletmeyi Talep Et”e dokun; talebini onayladığımızda sayfa hesabına geçer (talepteki e-posta, uygulamadaki hesabının e-postası olmalı). Listede yoksa Profil → “İşletme Profili Yarat” ile kendin ekle.
Aboneliğimi nasıl iptal ederim?
Abonelikler App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yönetilir; telefonunun abonelik ayarlarından istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin. İptal edersen işletme sayfan silinmez.
Pazar yeri ve Forum ücretsiz mi?
Evet, ikisi de Temel planda. Pazar yeri'nde ülkendeki Türklerle ikinci el eşya alıp satarsın; ilanlar yayına girmeden incelenir, alışverişin tarafı değiliz. Forum'da göç, iş, ev, okul gibi konularda sorup cevaplarsın, istersen anonim; bildirilen yazılar incelenir.
İşletmem için QR menü ve damga kartı ücretli mi?
Hayır, ikisi de Temel İşletme'de. Menünün fotoğrafını çekersin, yapay zekâ okur, müşterin masadaki kodla açar ve yemeklerin uygulamadaki aramaya girer. Damga kartıyla her alışverişte QR ile damga verir, kart dolunca ödülünü sen belirlersin.
Hesabımı nasıl silerim?

Is the app free?
Yes. The Basic plan is free: the business guide, deal notifications, the events calendar, consulate info and browsing jobs. The Job Seeker and Premium Business plans are paid; new subscribers try the first 7 days free.
Which countries is it in?
Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Australia. Change your country at the top of the app.
How do I sign up?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up with your email; on iPhone you can also sign in with Apple.
How do I apply for jobs?
Anyone can browse jobs. To apply you need the Job Seeker plan: you apply in the app, your résumé is built from your profile, and AI can write your cover letter for the job.
How do I add or claim my business?
Sign up in the app. If your business is listed, tap “Claim Business” on its page; once we approve your claim the page moves to your account (use the email of your app account in the claim). If it isn't listed, add it under Profile → “Create Business Profile”.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play; cancel any time in your phone's subscription settings. Cancelling doesn't delete your business page.
Are the Marketplace and the Forum free?
Yes, both are in the Basic plan. On the Marketplace you buy and sell second-hand things among the Turks of your country; listings are reviewed before they go live, and we are not a party to the sale. On the Forum you ask and answer about immigration, work, housing, school and more, anonymously if you like; reported posts are reviewed.
Do the QR menu and the stamp card cost anything for my business?
No, both come with Basic Business. Photograph your menu, the AI reads it, customers open it from the code on the table and your dishes show up in the app's search. With the stamp card you give a stamp by QR with every purchase and set the reward for a full card.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → “Delete account”. If you need help, write to info@turkscompass.com.
